30 days to change your mind: you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, without giving a reason. That is more than the 14-day legal minimum.
How to return an item:
- Email us at contact@handfulcrafts.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We send you the return address.
- Send the item back within 30 days of delivery, unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Return costs: return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.
Refund: we refund the item and the standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
Defective or non-conforming item: you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact us and we will cover the return costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Natural materials: natural differences in the pattern, grain or colour of the leather are part of the handmade character of our pieces and are not a defect.
