- Delivery time: 4 to 7 business days after shipping to France. Delivery times to other countries may be longer and are shown at checkout.
- Shipping costs: shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
Customs: orders delivered within the European Union ship from France, so no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom), import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
Damaged parcel: if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will find a solution with you.
